Now’s the time to plan your winter motorhome trip through Europe

June 20, 2018

Most clients who buy motorhomes and campervans from us take long trips through Europe in the spring, summer and autumn but some prefer to travel during the winter months instead. Winter motorhome travel does have its advantages and as you can see from the photos in this blog, there is not too much wintery weather to contend with if you head south.

Arthur and Janice from Canada, who purchased their campervan from us in 2013, headed to Italy, Spain and Portugal during their four month trip and you can see the rest of their trip photos here.

We often write about off season trips on our motorhome rentals website so you can read about the benefits and pick up some good tips for winter travel.

By late autumn our rental season slows to a trickle and many of our one and two year old motorhomes and campervans are then put up for sale so you’ll have a big choice of vehicles if you buy in time for a late October or November start. Contact us now if you’d like to be the first to hear when our pristine, ex-rentals are released for sale.
